Searching for Years

Imagine being in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs property market on and off for 3-5yrs. The inspections, the weekends lost, the pro-approval renewals, enquiries sent and brochures collected…

We recently received a call from this clients Mortgage Broker who had suggested to speak so her about how our services could provide a solution to her ongoing struggles.

After an initial phone call, followed by a face to face consultation in our office, she engaged our services and the team hit the ground running.

We came across the winning property on-market within the first week of the search however the owner wanted well above our client’s budget at he time (approx. 10-205). After continuing the search, we also continued to monitor the property over the holiday period (even when it got taken off the market). Those ongoing conversations we had with the Sales Agent, slowly burned to a potential opportunity on a property that was no longer visible to the general public.

We inspected it at the first opportunity we had, and by the same afternoon we had finalised all remaining due diligence and submitted an unconditional offer to the Agents. By 11.00pm that evening we had formally exchanged contracts.

The phone call we made to our client shortly after is one of the best parts of our job. This was a property she had only dreamed about buying and something she was beyond happy to be calling home shorty.
